Gym Rules

All clients, members and guests of ISC must sign appropriate waivers at the front desk before entering.

No rough housing, pushing, spitting, swearing, abusive or inappropriate language or gestures towards other patrons.

Only ISC members, respective instructors and specified guests are allowed in training areas.

Parents/guests must stay in the viewing areas.

12 years and under are not allowed in the training area without a certified USA ‘SPORT’ Coach.

Open drinking containers are not allowed in the training area or mat area.

Food and Chewing gum are not allowed in the training area or mat area.

Animals are not allowed beyond the pony wall and inside the training area. ‘Service animals’ allowed in reception and viewing areas. (documentation required).

Loitering is not allowed in the facility.  After sessions are concluded, please leave the facility.

Firearms, knives, weapons, etc. are not allowed in the training and mat areas.

All Coaches and Instructors must have USA ‘Safe Sport’ credentials and proper amatuer &/or professional coaching credentials.

No more than one coach per athlete in the boxing area (photographers, special managers, trainers NOT ALLOWED unless ISC Manager has given approval). 

Put away all equipment when you are finished using it and when you leave.
