Judo

helps increase cardio, weight loss, increase strength, and confidence building. Judo is the learning and application of combat techniques. In its totality, it is a wonderful system of physical, intellectual, and moral education. Judo has its own culture, systems, heritage, customs, and traditions.


Brazilian Jujitsu

training can be used for street self-defense (anti-bullying, rape prevention, law enforcement) and sport grappling tournaments.Each adults class has a warm up, technical breakdown of essential movements of Jiu Jitsu, live rolling or sparring and stretching. Every class is taught by 4 time world champion Fredson Paixao or one of his top students.

Muay Thai

incorporates hands, shins, elbows, and knees extensively as well as many physical and mental benefits including increased leg strength, cardiovascular conditioning, weight loss and improved hip mobility. Muay Thai gives all its students great endurance and strength on the inside and out.

Boxing

is a combat sport in which two people usually wear protective gloves, throw punches at each other for a predetermined amount of time in a boxing ring. There are many different styles of boxing. Boxing helps to increase cardio and muscle as well as teaching you self defense.

Taekwondo

is one of the most systematic and scientific Korean traditional martial arts, that teaches more than physical fighting skills. It is a discipline that shows ways of enhancing our spirit and life through training our body and mind. Tae Kwon Do training provides self defense skills as well as improved character, self-discipline, and confidence that can be applied to any task.

Karate

is a martial art derived from Japan. It is a martial art that focuses on the development of defensive body movements. Karate is not only physical, it provides you with mental and moral aspects. In this class you will learn defense, counter attacking body movements and discipline.

Wrestling

is a combat sport that introduces you to grappling techniques. The objective of wrestling is to subdue your opponent to land on their back and pin them. In this class you will learn take-downs, joint locks and clinch fighting.
